Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that all sales are final on custom items. This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom-fitted chain bracelets and all permanent jewelry

Any ready to wear jewelry with added clasps

Resized rings or bracelets

Engraved items
-
All custom-designed jewelry, including engagement and keepsake rings
Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase for in-stock, non-custom items.
Warranty:
All of our jewelry is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. These include:

Broken clasps (such as a defective spring)

Structural flaws in the chain

Defects in rings
Please note: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, including chains getting caught on zippers or pulls, failure to follow care instructions, or impact damage (e.g., banging your jewelry).
We will replace any jewelry that has sustained faults from the creation or manufacturing process up to 30 days from the order date.
Warranty is void if the care instructions are not followed and the piece will have to be returned for an inspection.
We cannot accept returns or refunds after your order is placed due to the custom nature of the items.
It is your responsibility to ensure you order any rings in the correct finger size and stone size or band thickness, we will not replace if the wrong size is ordered as all our jewelry is casted to order.
PERMANENT JEWELRY
Our warranty covers repairs free of charge if the break happens within 7 days of the service, as long as you have the piece of jewelry to be welded back on. All pieced can be repaired for a fee of $10 after the 7 day grace period. We do not replace lost jewelry. Permanent jewelry is permanent (if cared for), not indestructible. Meaning it CAN still break if you are not mindful or care for the piece. We use fine chain and if snagged or caught it can break. Just as the same can happen with a clasped piece.
